About the Official State Portal of Assam
  • The Unified State Portal of the Government of Assam is a one-stop access point for the Government to Citizen (G2C) and Government to Business (G2B) transactions. The Portal aims to provide specific information regarding the various online and offline services, benefits, and schemes provided by the various Departments under the Government of Assam.

What are the different services provided through this portal?
  • The services provided through this portal include eServices which are quintessentially the online services offered by the various Departments under the Government of Assam. The other services include information on various schemes, events, documents, press releases, etc. 

Can I avail all online services offered by Government of Assam through this portal?
  • Most of the Online Services offered by Government of Assam can be accessed from this portal. Please refer to the eServices section for more details.

I have applied for eServices, can I track the status of my application?
  • Yes, you can track the status of your application on the respective service websites wherever the online tracking facility is available using the application reference number or the Unique Identification Number (UIN) shared with you at the time of submission of your application.

While accessing a page, I am redirected to an external website, is it safe?
  • Yes, it is absolutely safe as you are only redirected to secured websites for availing of the said service.

Can I view the portal in any other language?
  •  We are happy to bring to you the contents of the Assam State Portal in a Bilingual version (i.e. in English and Assamese). The default language is English, to switch the Language, click on the অসমীয়া in the top right section of the header area and vice versa. 

How can share my feedback regarding this portal?
  • We would appreciate your valuable feedback regarding your experience in availing of the features in this portal. Please fill-up the form given under the feedback link in the footer section of the Assam State Portal and share it with us.

Can I share any suggestions regarding this portal?

Where can I lodge a grievance?
  • To lodge a Grievance, click on the Grievance Redressal link in the footer section of the Assam State Portal and you will be redirected to the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) website which is an online web-enabled system to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favourable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on the portal through the system generated unique registration number.
